Dedicated (not only) to little Matěj from Zlín, for whom we have been searching in vain for a donor for over two years.

We are bringing together volunteers to recruit new members to the Czech National Register of Marrow Donors.We go to give lectures and recruit, for example, to secondary schools and universities, we participate in cultural and sports events, where we address our target group and shed light on the topic of bone marrow donation in detail. People have a distorted idea of ​​donation and do not know that hematopoietic cells are already donated today in the same way as plasma, i.e. by the so-called separation from peripheral blood, and on an outpatient basis..

Entry requirements: age 18-35, weight over 50 kg and good health.

Registration is not donation! It is possible to donate up to every one hundred and twenty people registered, that is, there is a one percent chance that a registered person will donate.
"By entering the registry, you give a moral commitment that if necessary, that is, if a patient with the same transplant characteristics as you needs blood-forming cells, you will donate them."
