Drahomír Stulír: Nomádi

The author studied at the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava. He has worked as a photojournalist for the Brno daily newspaper Rovnost, photographed for the non-profit organization Njovu and the Alliance Française. 
The Nomads ensemble was created while travelling around Europe together with the theatre group Le Cabaret Nomade.  The link between his photographs is the related fates of people who left the "traditional" work structures and embarked on "creative" journeys together. Stulier's photographs respond to this, depicting the poetic, lyrical stories that nomads play out on their journeys, which, despite their subtlety, do not lose the urgency arising from the critique of today's accelerated world.
The opening will also include a performance by Le Cabaret Nomade called "Plume" (a performance by an actress).
