Justin Lavash

Justin Lavash is a truly compelling performer. His music crosses borders somewhere between Blues, Folk and Jazz. His phenomenal guitar playing has left many wondering how he makes one guitar sound like two or three (many are surprised to discover he doesn’t use a looper). His lyrics are perceptive,
often with a piercing sense of irony. He's a fingerstyle guitarist, inspired by the British folk scene of the early 1970s as well as an eclectic mix of artists and
genres, from the early black American jazz and Blues masters to Hendrix, Punk, House and beyond. To this end he has made much use of modern
effects processing to create a plethora of sounds from his instrument, all played in real time.
